Founded by Remi Schmaltz, Tasha Schmaltz and Garth Donald, Decisive Farming is dedicated to increasing farmers’ profitability, sustainability, and technology ease-of-use by providing a single integrated platform that is the farm’s primary operating system. The company is headquartered near Calgary, Alberta. Decisive Farming was founded in 2011 and received investment from Accelerate Fund I in 2016. The company was also backed by McRock Capital, Export Development Canada (EDC), and raised over $11 million from the backers in two rounds of financings.
